This 24⁄7 gym is always nice to come home to when I visit Brockport. It’s got lots of cardio and resistance training equipment.
When I come home to visit family during the holidays, I’m able to sign up for a temporary membership to gain access. The gym is largely unattended, so you get a little fob to enter the gym whenever you like.
The locker rooms have lockers (you’ll need to bring your own padlock, however) and showers.
There’s nothing fancy about this place but it more than meets most anyone’s need for a place to keep active.
