I’m a student at the college and come here at least once a week. This location is hit or miss. I’ve had great customer service and crappy customer service. They’re inconsistent. For example with Roll up the Rim I won a coffee and they accepted it for a latte. Another time I went to redeem my free coffee and they wouldn’t accept it. Secondly, on multiple occasions I’ve ordered bagels and they are hardly toasted and the butter is clumped in one area. gross. Also, if you’re going on a Saturday morning, expect at least a 15 minute wait at the drive thru and in the store.

Not sure why this is listed as «Hortons Tim» but we all know what I’m writing about, right?
It is 2014. People have more allergies and intolerance’s than ever before. I walked in looking to order an iced coffee with soy milk. They said they didn’t have any soy milk. I walked out empty handed.
This is the only coffee shop I have been to that didn’t have soy milk.
