The service is hit or miss. One day the guy wants to help you, the next you feel like you’re interrupting him. Constantly changing brands they carry, and not very knowledgeable about products they don’t carry, don’t offer much help even though they are very similar to products in stock. They have a good perks program tho, which I will probably use my credit and not go back. The Vape Shop on Ridge road is so much better and worth the trip from Brockport.

Rochester, NY
I’ve been to all the vape shops in the Rochester area and this one not only has a great selection from starter kits to authentic mods (at the greece location 2300 w ridge road), but the atmosphere is friendly and professional. You get the sense that they care about their customers. They also have several good lines of juice.
