Family night dinner. Appetizer took super long to come, when It did arrived main course came 5 min after. Main course pastas came cold. Service is very unorganized. Big disappointment. 6÷10÷16

Excellent flatbread pizza. Great and fast service. Will definitely come back again. They even gave us complementary salad as a lunch starter.

Stopped by the other day(2÷13÷16). We were told our wait would be about 20 minutes. We asked if we could sit at the bar or the high top that was in the bar. We were told that we could as that area was not part of the other dining area that we had to wait for. We sat down, read the menu that was left on the table. At least ten minutes went by before a waitress asked if we were being helped. Told her that we were not and she agreed to help us. We ordered some wine and our food. Shortly after that the bar tender came over to tell me that the glass of wine I ordered was a house wine and they were out of it and offered me another selection. After receiving the replacement wine we questioned our waitress about the price difference in the glass of wine and was told that it was more expensive than my first choice. She said that she would talk to the manager about it. She did and told us that we would only be charged for the price of the wine that I first selected. I was surprised how they were out of their house wine at about 7PM on a Saturday night. Wine was good, food was good. Would not consider Bertucci’s to be my everyday Italian restaurant, but would stop again knowing what to expect with the overall taste of the food. Must say that our waitress Maria, made what was going to be a bad dining experience a good one. Maria understands customer service and jumped in to help out when our designated waitress couldn’t bother. Maria is the best. Her attitude and service to us should be used as an example to others at this location. She cared when somebody else didn’t. Thank you Maria. Would stop again because of what she did. Overall, food not bad for a chain restaurant.

AnnMarie, our waitress, was phenom. It was pretty busy for a Thursday and she was running, but still kept a smile and was so bubbly. Food took a LONG time and when it came out, one dish was wrong. We were afraid it would take awhile to correct, but they brought the correct order within minutes. We needed our dinners wrapped up and that also took awhile. Portions are HUGE, which is great if you’re like me and want a snack for later. I’ll definitely be back, probably on a less busy night so we aren’t waiting so long.

Bertucci’s…it’s predictable and usually pretty edible/decent/enjoyable. Our server was very good. I did see some unprofessional behavior from a server when she was asked by a manager to help another server out. I guess there is one like that everywhere. I enjoyed the bruschetta pizza very much. You really can’t go wrong with the pizza, particularly at this location.

Wonderful experience at the Brockton Bertucci’s location on 1÷9÷16. Before shopping at the Westgate Mall, I decided to stop here and have lunch. I had a free dessert coupon as well, so it couldn’t hurt to hit up a new Bertucci’s(as I haven’t been to the Brockton /Easton location before today). Taryn, my waitress, was very friendly and helpful. The food was fast, I got a cheese pizza, that was delicious, as always… so much better than some average pizza(like Domino’s), and a real pizza, that I feel good eating about(as it is definitely better in nutrition). The dessert, was also amazing, they made it perfectly and larger than expected. The restaurant in general was, huge(in comparison to some of the other locations), with multiple rooms to eat in, all with a cozy, home-like vibe. The one issue I continued to have, was that there was one younger waiter who was constantly walking around(doing his job I guess…), was SO loud, the experience was not as calm and relaxing as it should have been(–1 star). It is a restaurant waiter, not your house! Overall, good experience and Taryn is amazing. I would come back if I was in the area and in need of another great meal from Bertucci’s. 4 stars

I’ve had plenty of good experiences at other Bertucci’s locations, but this one was having a shortage of rolls… seriously? Friday night, full house, and you can’t provide the signature rolls to us? If you want Bertucci’s, go to one of the other locations.

We were seated right away, placed our order, two salads and a kids meal. Waited 15 minutes, one salad came out with wrong kids meal. Waiter said not his problem about kids meal«that’s how it is in the system“‘ other salad came out 5 minutes later and kids meal 10 minutes after that. Also, ordered two iced teas, they came out with no ice, asked twice for a glass of ice for drinks. Manager apologetic comped the kids meal. Food was adequate. Overall poor experience.

I have not been to this location previously and we went on Sunday evening about 6. I must say I was disappointed at the start because there was no one paying any attention to the door. The restaurant was not busy so I’m not sure where the hostess may have disappeared to, but there was a party of four in front of us and they finally hailed a server that was near the bar to seat them. We were about to do the same thing when someone finally seated us. We were seated and the server came right over. She was very good and just attentive enough the entire time we were there. She was friendly and got our drinks right away. The food we had was good. We ordered good to share: farmers salad, margherita flat bread pizza, and roasted vegetables. All plentiful and very tasty. If I was in the area I might go again.

Oy. Bertucci’s food is always decent, but this location messes up every order to go I have ever placed. Depending on who answers the phone will depend on what the menu options are. Very annoying. I avoid this location unless I don’t have time to go elsewhere.

I am used to the Bertuccis in Randolph where the staff is always having a good time and the place is clean and busy. The location in Brockton has to be its adopted red headed cousin. Cause this place just sucks. I got take out the other day and the Baked Tortellini and Chicken Gratinati that I get at Randolph was so watered down I almost called and complained. Instead I ended up throwing it away. Seeing that if I called in it would do me no good. I was afraid the employees spit in orders like that. It was safer for me to throw it away and make something at home Plus the tuscan wings were cold in the middle wont go back

I have been to this place before and it was always OK. But everything is just slipping. The pizzas are still good but one of the pasta items I ordered the size seemed very small for the price, then when I ate it the quality seemed to be below average also. The place wasnt as clean as it could and should be and the wait staff needs lots of instruction as to being happy and providing service, they were so lacking and even unsocial.

I don’t know why I go to these places I am never happy. The service was of course friendly but lack luster and overly complicated. The atmosphere was acceptable and so was the food. It was just such a lack luster experience for the price I’m never really satisfied I’m always hoping for something good or memorable but it never happens here.

I think this Bertucci’s location is very well run and well laid out. The space is big enough that they can accommodate you even at busy times. Hostesses are prompt to seat you and the waitresses are very attentive. I am also impressed by the quality of the food for how quickly it comes out. I took the little girl I mentor here for lunch and had the eggplant panini which was delicious. We wanted different dressings on our salad and the waitress was very quick to accommodate that request. For lunch it is also a great deal, unlimited salad and a yummy sandwich for about 8 bucks, great value!

I used to like this location because it was close and convenient when all I wanted was the Margherita pizza, rolls, and the giant never ending salad you could share with the next table(literally — big bowl). But when they started giving you an individual plate of salad, it wasn’t as fun to go anymore. When we asked about the salad, the server really didn’t give a valid reason. Just stated that the owners decided not to utilise that feature anymore. «shrugs» The pizza is still great and the freshly fired rolls are still good dipped in oil. I’ve not given up… yet.

This bertuccis needs a renovation, not only inside but to their staff. The place is not inviting, the servers seem unhappy and not proud of the place. It seems old, gloomy and unattractive, I suggest a moral boost, mo lights or some type of change to make a better ambiance. Food is ok.

Introductory bread was served with no oil, no grated cheese. I had the eggplant parm dinner. It was poorly prepared. The eggplant was not properly cured so it was bitter and watery. The spaghetti it came with was overcooked. The ladies room was filthy. The floor was slippery. I complained to the staff. But a second trip was scarier than the first. The baby changing table is taped shut with electrical tape.

Back in the day I used to LOVE Bertucci’s but I feel over the years the quality of their food and of their service has gone down. I can’t really explain it! I like Papa Ginos better and other small local pizza joints.
