This place is the worst location ever. The customer service and wait time is ridiculous. I waited in the drive thru for at least ten minutes. Then I get my order which was one ice tea and one coffee and she automatically assumed to keep the change as her tip. Then the order was wrong so I went inside to speak with her and her attitude and customer service skills are horrible and this is what’s wrong with these businesses they just hire anyone who thinks they can do THE job. I asked for my money back and was told that there was no manager on site and then refuse to make me the proper correct order. Will never go to this location again!

A week or so ago, I was going to work(I’m the Theatre Director/Instructor for Filedheacht Music School, the FMS Players) and stopped in to grab a coffee and a sandwich. My card didn’t go through, so I asked if they could hold the food for me so that I could check the ATM across the street. «Eva,» said, «Don’t worry about it, it’s on me,» saved me from being late to work!

I love me some DD. but this particular location I will not return to. I went there recently in between my clients. I ordered a small coffee coolata and a doughnut. I got to the window and they took my debit card. My total was around $ 3.39 or so. The woman at the window proceeds to tell me the card reader had just stopped working and she wanted to know if I had any cash. I said no. Then she asked for the drink and doughnut back! I was shocked. I mean, I know usually things just get tossed in situations such as this. I handed back the items, got my debit card and I drove off in a huff. I wished I had licked the doughnut at the very least! What happened to customer service?
