Almost every time I go to this location, the employees have poor customer service. No thank you, no smile. I barely even come to this one for that exact reason.

For years I have gone to Dunkin Donuts all over the country most often in MA and RI. I have never had a bad experience until today. Went to this location twice today. They don’t understand what extra cream means and they accidentally redeemed my free coupon for a latte but then charged me for a medium coffee. I tried to explain I lost money. They did not understand their mistake at all. Don’t go there. Find another location.
