It feels like you are walking into a car dealership here. The staff doesnt care about your nutrition needs, but only your wallet size. It’s small and cramped, if you are going to buy wait for sales. Return policy is good, but they take your license with a receipt… Not cool.

I am a GNC gold member and go to GNC so I can get professional advice. Generally people are very helpful. I was at the Brockton Westgate Mall on Jan 2, 2015 around 830 pm and I had a bad experience with consultant Kibira. First, he never asked if I need any help and then when I tried to approach him, he ignored me. Then finally with attitude he answered few of my questions. However, when I asked him again he said rudely… ‘I just told you’. It was a challenged to get information from him. At the end he also said GNC other consultant may be lied to you in past as its general practice for GNC. GNC seriously need to work on to train their consultant… otherwise I can get lot cost effective stuff online. I only go to GNC so I can discuss and learn about the product. If GNC lost that touch… there is no point shopping at GNC. Now Kibira may having a bad day… and I am sorry for that but I personally felt very bad by the questions he asked and rude behavior. I know GNC is a good company and hopefully it will take appropriate steps. Two stars because GNC do a great job putting nice lighting, clean shelves and it’s always feel nice to walk in.
