Service very slow got order wrong ordered fried eggs with the big breakfast one cook who spends his time talking all the time believe me with in a 2 mile radius you can go to The milk bottle or Mel’s in raynham I don’t know what the good reviews were for everyone I know has tried the place because word of mouth has been so good time for the phantom to put his take on it

The food was 4 stars(delicious and very clean). The service and prices were in my opinion 2 stars at best. Service is horrendously slow, and the prices are WAY to high!

Went there for the first time and won’t be returning. Went on my lunch break to get a simple grilled chicken wrap. Place wasn’t even busy, waited over 30 minutes to get the wrap, ridiculous. Had to take the wrap to go since they took forever to make; get back to work to open it and find it was made completely wrong. Don’t recommend this place, can’t get orders right when it’s not busy can only imagine service when it is busy.

By far the best little breakfast place around the Brockton area! I’ve only been here for breakfast but it is always delicious! I get an egg white omelette and its full of fresh veggies with strips of bacon laid over the top!

I’ve been coming here for years and everyone is always so friendly. The service is always fast and efficient. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The food is cheap for the portions. Anyone who says they give«small portions» had to be kidding themselves. It may look small at first if you’re hungry… but once you finish your meal to the last bite you end up full and satisfied! I highly recommend the Corned Beef Hash Skillet. They have the best hash around! I’ve only been swinging by here once a week recently, and already they remember me and even my order sometimes. It’s a very refreshing breakfast /diner place. The only downside to it is that it doesn’t have a lot of space. Coming here alone or in small groups works the best. If you’re hungry though, they do have a drive-thru so you can pick up your food!(Not sure if you can order ahead, I’d assume so? Either way, not having to get out of your car for quality breakfast food makes this a landmark in itself.) I’ve read reviews about«past management» vs «new management» and I’m unsure what people mean… considering the same guy has owned it ever since.(Or the same people at least. Jo /Joe is the cook behind the counter, and I’ve only ever seen him. He’s great!) Check it out sometime!

The staff is wonderful. The steak plate is an unbelievable value. The omelettes are spot on and the Portuguese soup is awesome. Quick service, good food, good value. I stop by whenever I am in the area

Great food. I ordered the veggie omelette with a side of French toast(fyi two pieces are 4 triangles of French toast, not 2 triangles). Everything was delicious and was gobbled to the last drop. Service wasn’t super friendly but friendly enough.

I love Jo’s Best and for a small local diner, his food is the BEST there is. Don’t expect fancy yuppie food. This is good old fashioned home cooking. The blueberry pancakes are my favorite with loads of blueberries in a light and fluffy cake. Or, there is the Portuguese French Toast which is made from a Portuguese sweet bread roll, dunked in the regular«French» toast batter, then cooked on the flat top til golden brown. Or try the meat lovers omellette with all the breakfast meats inside. with a side of hash browns rather than home fried and a grilled bagel. ALLYUMMY and the coffe is FRESH, HOT and Never ending! Well worth a trip over there. Even the on premise baked muffins are to die for(especially grilled) All things can be customer orders to taste and Jo and Mena Oliviera make you fell like you dropped in on friends for breakfast. I rated 4 stars because this is not a fancy place so I don’t want people to expect more than great home cooking!

The food is decent, but I have yet to have an order that hasn’t been messed up. Dine in or take out, doesn’t seem to matter. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere could use some improvements. They close early.

So friendly and good food at a great price! Coffee cup was never empty. Eggs were perfect! Most breakfast places are good but when you add in the friendliness of the staff it puts a good place over the top into greatness!!!

I went for the homemade hash and it was great. I hate the canned stuff. Another basic for me with breakfast is they better keep my coffee cup full. They also did a good job with that. Nice clean place with decent prices.

Came in here over the weekend for the breakfast. Well priced food that tastes home-made. I got the challah french toast(saw that there was Portuguese sweet bread as I was heading out the door and knew that it was a good thing I didn’t see more of the specials because otherwise it would have been half an hour before I decided which one to get…) I adored the french toast-it had some really nice spices in the meal. The beau and his sister both got pancakes and seemed satisfied. Not my favorite pancakes but then again I’ve started making buttermilk pancakes from scratch because it is soooo worth it to spend that tiny bit of extra effort to get amazingly delicious pancakes. Concerning sides, I got the hashbrowns(pass on these-they are the same as the ones at Stonehill) while the beau got the corned beef hash and really enjoyed them. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and this would be a regular if I were in the area.

I went to school right around the corner and never tried this place. I was up in the area visiting a friend and Unilocal said this place was nearby so we tried. I am sad I just found it now instead of when I was at school. It is a small little family run bakery/breakfast and lunch place. I got an omelets and home fries with a side of hash. The omelet was fluffy and filled with deliciousness. The home fries were homemade and slightly crispy. I think the most impressive thing was the homemade hash. The corn beef was perfectly grounded and there was just enough seasoning which was topped off by being cooked on the grill. If you like hash I would highly recommend getting it! Overall it was fast, the service was great, the food was delicious, and it was not overpriced. If you are in the Brockton/Easton area definitely give this place a shot!
