I’ve put a similar review elsewhere, also. But the child care and day care is the service I reviewed, and because it’s listed separately, I wanted to include a separate review.
We had countless problems here including: billing discrepancies we could never resolve, actions we suspected were retaliatory on the part of Ms. Blaney that got us into a lot of trouble, failure to attend to the hygiene of a toddler that was observed by people outside of the Y who worked with the toddler, and adversarial and hostile day care teachers. The indifference and «attitude» of the teachers was often observed and noted by people who worked with our family.
Our other child was incredibly unhappy with her teachers and in her class, and complained weekly about how her teachers treated her.
Ms. Blaney took extraordinary actions that we believe were retaliatory against us for trying to resolve these problems with her superiors and, what is worse, we suspect took her dissatisfaction with us out on our children.
