Store looks totally different, nice to see Sprint throw some money into the appearance of their store. In addition to the appearance the staff is completely different as well, the manager Derek was the first to greet me and what a nice guy! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, overall a great experience.

Thw place is the biggest dump on the planet. Nobody has any clue what they’re doing, service is extremely slow(plan to wait an hour for help), they can never fix any issue you’re having, even the moat simple issues. All around terrible.

Absolute bad experience with the guys working there. Not willing to service a phone, zero knowledge about the products and services and not willing to help. We’ve have 12 phones with Sprint/Nextel for 15years and they closed the deal. AT&T is were to go

Never again will I step foot in this store. I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and never had a problem until I visited this store. I was eligible for a new phone and went in to buy the Apple 5S. I talked to a gentleman named Angel and picked out a phone. Before I could complete my transaction the manager Patrick came over and talked me into getting a package of crap that included a land line device. He told me I would save over 30.00 dollars a month off of my Verizon bill. Not true at all. It would increase my Verizon bill by 30.00 Dollars with a 179.00 fee to get out off my contract. It would also increase my Sprint bill by about 30.00 dollars. When I returned everything he was not apologetic at all on how inaccurately he mislead me. He went to breakfast and had someone else in the store correct his own mistakes. Alisa who fixed his mistakes was more that pleasant to deal with. Never again will I go back to this store as long as Patrick is the manager.
