If I could give it 0 star I would. Staples on Belmont St Brockton Mass has horrible customer service, and when brought to the attention of manager he rolled his eyes as did the customer service rep and walked away. Do not shop at this staples. Terrible experience

Amazing Service. Ella(I hope I spelt it right) and Deep were great. We had to print our final few save the date cards(huge rush) and they were very patient and accommodating while they were busy. Hats off to this great customer service. You guys rock! We’ll be back.

The customer service was terrible, a asian lady there was really rude and snappy, she needs to learn how to not take out her bad day on other people.

Don’t waste your time here. Staff are unmotivated to help and have low customer service skills. The printing and copy department is a complete joke. Corporate needs to take a look at employee productivity here and consider purging the store. How do you have a team of 4+ and a line that extends longer than reasonable? After waiting to speak to someone, customers should be greeted respectfully, not with a slanged out, «yaaaa, what chu needs?» *pops gum. I walked right out. Heading to another staples. Or maybe I should go to another business altogether?

Terrible printing/copy department. The staff running that department was not helpful and a bit rude. Went to get some pages printed in color and received grief because I wanted to email the file to them(like I have in the past countless times for years). Apparently that is not an option now. Isn’t this 2014? Why in the world wouldn’t they have a network printer in this department??? Instead, they wanted me to rent their computer(are you kidding me! I have a laptop and iPad here with me!) to print. I could have bought a printer for about the same money(I’m away from home which is why I was there). Ridiculous. ..

This Staples location looks much better inside & outside than the Avon location. But I’m very disappointed with the customer service here. I brought in a broken Brother Label Maker to this location after visiting the Avon store. I didn’t have the receipt and wanted an exchange. I bought it only a few months ago at the Norwood Staples and over in Avon they were fine with accepting it, yet they couldn’t exchange it because they didn’t have one in stock that day. Here, the manager said he couldn’t change it and could do nothing without a receipt. According to their website, they should be able to exchange it without a receipt or give me a store credit for the lowest price in the last 30 days. Terrible service. 2 stars for Avon for at least going by the rules, one star for Brockton. If you need office supplies, WB Mason on West Chestnut Street is the way to go, much cheaper and extremely better.

Went to purchase a planner but at first it was difficult to locate. Who woulda thunk it would be with the briefcases? Did see a sign finally but it was small. Good selection but mostly for 2012. When I found the small bin of 2011 planners I expected them to be on clearance bc moat don’t give you bonus time into the next year. But no, full varied prices. Boo. The cashier, Josh, did not even answer my greeting. No smile, no nothing. Better than being rude I guess but no personality.
