Supreme Pizza

Great prices and good portions. I have only ordered salads, either Ceasar or Greek with Chicken or Steak Tips, but it has always been excellent and perfectly prepared.

Ordered a steak and cheese and was told to pick it up in a half hour. They sounded a little busy, so I decided to wait 45 minutes to make sure it was done.
When I arrived, the place was devoid of any customers and about 4 people were working in the kitchen/​behind the counter. No one came to help me. Several times employees looked directly at me, didn’t even acknowledge me, and continued what they were doing. Finally after 5 minutes, what looked like a manger came out from the back to help me.
I told her I was here for my sub, she found it in the computer and asked another employee if it was ready. She said it was and began looking for it, and apparently couldn’t find it. They went to a corner and began whispering to each other, then proceeded to look through other bags, on top of ovens, and on various counters for my subs. This continued for about five minutes. I stood and watched, and no one said a word to me or bothered to let me know what was going on. So I waited.
Eventually the manager disappeared back into the kitchen and the employee returned to packing up other bags of food and wiping down counters. She did her best to avoid making eye contact with me, and would not acknowledge my presence, even though I stood less than 3 feet in front of her!
She too eventually retreated into the kitchen. I stood awkwardly by myself, holding my debit card, for a further 10 minutes. No one said a word to me. No one even attempted to explain if they had lost my sub, given it away, or just plain forgot to make it. I was not told if another sub was being made, which I would have been ok with if they had been courteous and honest about it.
Eventually I got fed up, and since no one was at the counter I had to yell back into the kitchen not to bother and that I’d just go somewhere else. No one seemed to care enough to even respond, so I left. I ended up going 500 ft down the street to Panorama Pizza 2 and got my sub quickly, for less money, and was actually greeted and acknowledged as a human being
I will never ever attempt to eat here again. Worst treatment I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot in Brockton.
Tl;dr — they messed up my order then ignored me until I left. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I’ve had the pizza, steak subs, turkey subs, onion rings, fries, salads– lots of stuff. Never once found anything to complain about.
The pizza is good, the steak and cheese is delicious. The folks all seem nice, and they even have 3 buck pizza on Mondays.
Good stuff for a local sub shop!

I have eaten here numerous times and I have to say I’ve been happy every time. The steak tips are delicious they are not skimpy at all. I had to get the Chicken parm and stuffed shells a few times because they are so good and I’m Italian who isn’t happy with many sauces other than my own lol. But Oh my it is to die for, huge serving and the garlic bread it comes with is delicious. They haven’t been open too long so not everyone knows about them but I’m sure word will get out how good it is. The service is always friendly and I’m a bit shocked at the first review as I know I’ve had nothing but great food and service from here. I’ve taken friends here just to show them how good it is and they all agreed. :) I highly recommend trying it out for yourself and the prices are very reasonable also. They post the daily specials on facebook as well which is always nice to keep an eye out for those stuffed shells and chicken parm :)
