I too purchased a Groupon for a family member. She never used it so I thought I’d treat myself. I made an appointment which was two months out(earliest availability — should have known right then and there). The evening before my appointment I received a phone call stating my appointment was canceled due to the winter storm(storm ended that night — odd). The next day was sunny and bright, roads were clear. There was no need to cancel this. Next availability is 1.5 months away. Complaint filed with Groupon requesting money back. This is a side job, not a real business. Complete waste of time and money. Directions to «studio» are a hotel in Brockton.

I bought a Groupon for my boyfriend to use but he couldn’t get an appointment because the place has limited availability. The Groupon finally expired so I decided myself to make the appointment. It took several months to get an appt. The day came I went there, the place was small but cozy. The massage was relaxing. She didn’t ask me to flip over to massage, I wonder if I needed to ask her first. Overall, I was pleased with the massage. Afterward she gave me some postcare advice. She was able to pin point what muscle I need more help on and the things I can do to prevent it. Lastly, to my surprise she accepted my expired Groupon as full value without me asking.

I purchased a Groupon for this company. It was a complete scam. They sold hundreds of Groupons, but have never had the availability for the appointments on their website. The ONLY way to make an appointment is on their website. There is no one answering their phone. When you go to make an appointment online, nothing is available for MONTHS. This place is a scam. Do not waste your time or money!
