We went there on a Friday night got seats at the bar. Ordered an appetizer and some drinks. They had an awful selection of wine so I decided to go with Vodka. Finally got our appetizer and it was the worst!!! No flavor all u could taste was the oil! Also ordered steak tips for dinner they were horrible too!!! At this point I just wanted to leave. Asked for our bill and Omg I almost choked!!! The check was not itemize and the cost was outrageous!!! They don’t except credit cards either! This place was shady!!! Never will I go there again even tho it’s right down the street. I’ll b sure to tell everyone about this dump!!!

Owner was rude and disrespectful. I asked for a well done burger and the burger came out like a hockey puck. He tried to cook it again and it was bloody. I was trying to relax and have a good time, I had told him it was okay not to worry about the food I would eat there. In front of everyone he said he can’t do this the burger was perfect he saw nothing wrong with it. Wish I took a picture. He went out of control yelling at me as loud as he could in front of everyone in the place. Will never go back!!!

I’ll start off by saying the parking lot here is small and a little difficult to get in and out of. That being said, believe me, once you taste the mouth watering delicious pizza(burnt edges, of course!) you will be on cloud nine! Such a scrumptious pie! I’ve gotten the LT. Burger here before too. It has bacon, cheese and peanut butter and jelly on it! Seriously, you NEED to try this burger! Game changer! The owner, joe, who also cooks all the amazing food here is so wicked nice! Always thanking people for coming in to his place and seems to genuinely care wether you have a great experience there! The TV’s are out of this world HUGE! And they are all around the place. Really! You can sit anywhere here and have an awesome view of whatever game is on. They removed the pool table a while ago I think to have the place more family friendly and it worked. Really beautiful job on the remodel too. Wish they were open a little later and sometimes when the male bartenders aren’t behind the bar there’s an issue with the TV’s being on something other than sports but all in all its a great place!!! Almost forgot to write about the steak tips cause that pizza is all I can think about. They are juicy and delicious! I’ve asked the owner what he marinates them in but he won’t give it up to me. I wouldn’t either! Mmmmmm

This was first time here and went here with my wife and son. I will agree with the other reviews and say once again that don’t let the exterior fool you because the inside look inviting and clean and yes the outside just looks like a local dive bar and there is nothing about the building that looks inviting or makes you want to stop. We started with drinks… my wife had the Sex on the beach and as she says«it was made perfectly». my son had a pink lemonade and said it was good but not sweet enough. I had a Sam Summer and it was Ice cold. Just so you know that they have nothing on tap so be prepared to pay bottle prices. Next we shared the Tinrays sampler, NOTGOOD, Everything looked and tasted like frozen junk food that you cook in the microwave. stay away from the buffalo chicken ravioli, ewwwww it was more like breaded chicken mush and don’t get me started on the fries. However what saved this review was the PERFECT pizza(just so you know that when you buy three pizzas you get one cheese pizza free) we ordered three pizzas and they all came out looking perfect with crispy edges, we did take pictures but food pictures just don’t do food justice. The only issue I see here during the late lunch and dinner crowd is only having one person running the bar and serving the tables. If a big party or two came in this one employee would have been screwed.

I ordered a bacon and sausage pizza there and wasn’t too impressed. The sausage was clearly frozen banquet breakfast sausage that you get at the store. Be aware, they don’t take credit cards but don’t really tell you before you come in!

I went again, beer was ice cold, service was a guy(not the owners wife) this time and was great and food was awesome. I am glad I have this place another chance.

I love this place. True, it lacks a certain curb appeal but that only makes it more special. I am very particular about bar pizza and this stuff makes my eyes roll back in my head. Brian is a great bartender; he always makes you feel welcome. Tinray’s attracts a great group of friendly locals too. Highly recommended.

This past Saturday my son, nephew & I were towing a BMWm3 and along the way the tires began to buckle! First lot we saw we pulled in to make sure things were ok. I was looking at the menu outside debating eating while help was on the way. All of a sudden a man & woman came out of the restaurant yelling, «Get that the hell out of here now! Its dinner time here.» A lil shocked i tried to explain we had no choice & help was on the way. «You just had to pull in here didn’t you» he yells. The woman starts yelling, «It doesn’t look good. Get it the hell out of here!» We decide to try to get it off trailer to move into next lot when the guy comes out again saying, «Look at her, look at her,» laughing at me pushing the car w/my boys. I could not believe full grown people would act this way! Customers offered help and suggestions so there are good people around, just not at Tinray’s. I wouldnt eat there if they paid me. I can imagine what would be done to my food/drink if i had an issue w/either being served by people w/that type of mindset. Unusully cruel & unfriendly, shallow people.

Their Chicken Parm is out of this world! Their staff is very good at keeping the guests happy and the food is always better than expected.

Tin Rays just gets it right what can I say. The menu is forever expanding to include a lot more than just the pizza they are famous for. Wednesday is Wingsday from 4 to 8 pm 25 cent wings and 3.00 cheese pizzas dine in only. Different sauces to choose from awesome deal. Couple things to be aware of is a cash only buisness with ATM on site and no draft beer but a pretty good selection of bottled brew. Joe the owner is a great guy and deserves your buisness so please try it out. Definitely a little champion restaurant in what has become an underdog city. Great place to watch a game there are Hi-Def T.V.‘s throughout. Not a bad seat in the House!

Fantastic pizza and excellent service. Tinray’s is a small neighborhood bar and pizza restaurant. This restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Tinray’s is lacking somewhat in curb appeal. The exterior of the building, while also well maintained is painted in a shade of dark brown and there are few windows, which suggests a «divey» bar which is not at all the case. The first-time visitor will be surprised upon entering a well lit and pleasant space with many flat screen televisions. I’m told that there were a number of pool tables that have been removed and replaced with dining tables. And the scuttlebutt says that renovations are ongoing and will include a granite bar in the future. The owners really take pride in this business and it shows. The food is excellent and the prices and service are great. We will definitely be back.

Everybody wasn’t kidding when they said that the pizza is awesome. I got the gluten free veggie pizza without any cheese which means I can really taste the dough and sauce and both were absolutely top notch! And served just the way I like it — hot!

On this Sunday, myself and the missus finally took the long awaited trip to the south shore for bar pizza. Our trip to Tinay’s came directly after Cape Cod Café, so as to put aside any biases based on the style of pizza reviewed. Mind you, my home pizza is from New Bedford, which I still consider to outshine even the outstanding pies from Frank Pepe’s of CT, which is generally the standard by which many pies are judged. To be brief and to those who brag about south shore bar pizza, you really need to try New Bedford pizza. But back to Tinray’s. As you walk in, you notice blonde woodwork everywhere. The nice low ceiling height makes this place welcoming. No draft beer, which was a major turnoff to a draft junkie like me, but within a nanosecond, our welcoming and attentive bartender had an ICE cold bud in my hand and I was happy. The seven! large screen TV’s make this place a sports watching heaven. I“m still not so sure how the lettered glass about the room goes in a pizza joint, but shame on me. Next time, I’ll be more dressed up and wear socks! Haha. In order to compare Tinray’s to CCP, the pie was ordered light on the cheese and well done. The pizza came out with loads of cheese, which made it difficult to compare. I was able to gleen a bit of the sauce, which reminded me of true italian«gravy», cooked for many hours with a deep flavor. The crust literally did not hold its own against the gravy as the end crust separated freely from the bottom crust. The overloaded cheese made me want to stop eating the pie instead of finishing it. So, best pizza on the south shore? Ahhhh, not on this day. Based on the overall experience, the friendly and VERY timely service, we’ll be back for another try and I“ll be pulling for a better pizza experience. The folks who run Tinray’s certainly deserve it!

Best pizza in the south shore. Way better than Lynwood, Town Spa, and Christos. And I loathe south shore bar pizza so that says a lot! TONS of new TV’s for watching games. Friendly people. Inexpensive prices. Pool tables are gone, but they’ve definitely been stepped the place up. It’s a little townie, but everyone’s really nice and welcoming. Don’t be afraid to stop in.

Great Pizza, Food and people! Joe runs this place like a well oiled machine. Bryan is the best at what he does and works hard to make sure everyone in the place is taken care of. The Buffalo Chicken Quesidilla was fantastic and I’m sure the rest of the menu is on point. Huge big screens and the renovation is coming along great.

This place is truly a Brockton hidden gem — best bar pizza on the South Shore! The pies are a little pricey but they’re so worth it. I would highly recommend either the Homemade Meatball or Buffalo Chicken pizzas.

This is the best pizza in the area. Far better than Town Spa and 100% better than Linwood café. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. Wide screen tvs for the games
