Buyer beware. Sadly I don’t want to be a toys r us kid. This past Christmas I decided to do all my shopping online, and thought it was the best decision until it was time to return an item at the Brockton location.
This was the worst experience ever and it was not easy. I had at least four emails showing proof of purchase and the manager kept trying to give me a toys r us credit. He was condescending and patronizing and I will never buy online from Toys R Us again. When they called the corporate offices, it took seconds to get the bar code data they needed, but they were unwilling to help until I threatened to call the corporate office.

Bad service, help, long lines. I wish this location had more employees like Framingham and Dedham. I wish the store was as clean and updated as the other stores too. Terrible store and terrible service. Not suggested…

Korey with a K is by and by far one of the best employees TRU has got working for them right now. He always helps me find what I’m looking for, and even if they don’t, he’s always very friendly and will talk with me for a few minutes about whatever it is I’m looking for.
