I have been dealing with the folks at Freebyrds since I got my 92 Fatboy last year. I needed some parts and made the mistake of calling the local HD dealership, they did not even have common things like a clutch mount and clutch lever for my bike. Not to mention if your bike is custom as mine is, or not new, the dealership can only do what is in the book. They are not problem solvers. Mike, Holly, Jeffo, Bruce, and Brad are problem solvers who build bad ass custom bikes from the ground up including frames. When they say they will make it work, they mean it will look awesome and not cobbled together. Don’t make the same mistake I did and try to save a few bucks on internet parts, instead talk to them and they will help you pick out exactly what you need for a fair price. They have done a ton of work on my bike, but what I cannot put a price tag on is the amount of knowledge and wisdom Mike has imparted on me with his«C’mere man, I want to show you something» talks. Their communication and customer service is top notch. Whether you are getting service done, or adding a new part to your bike, they treat you like you are having them build a $ 35,000 custom. Please support your local bike shop. You will not be sorry you did.
