This company has the absolute worst customer service. They overbilled us, and ignored repeated attempts to contact them. I left messages with the billing manager for six MONTHS, and never received a return call. When I finally managed to reach a different manager, she corrected the price, but was unapologetic for the lack of response. The service reps are great: courteous and professional – it’s a shame the rest of the company is marred by a deficient office staff.

We’ve been using Arrow for over a year now and have found them to be very professional and courteous.
On two different occasions with two different guys they told us recommendations that meant they wouldn’t make any money when they could have taken advantage of the call. To me that shows a lot of integrity so I’m very happy to recommend them.
I’ve also found their prices to be reasonable after shopping around. We had got a quote from another exterminator and it was twice what Arrow quoted! We went with Arrow and used them ever since.
