Even though I have only been 21 for a little while, coming to this spot is always a great experience. The staff is always really nice and helpful. Aspen liquor is a great spot here in Broken arrow, the owner does an amazing job, all the workers there have such great personality and show great hospitality. Every time I wright a review I try to say something that they could do better, but there really isn’t anything that needs to be fixed. The only thing that’s prob the hardest is trying to get out of the parking lot, but once you know your way around you can find easy tricks to get out. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness. I will be back, this is my go to place.

Seems other reviewers are annoyed to have to use a customer number. The customer numbers exist for two reasons: 1) Spending money enters you in drawings for… money to spend on liquor! 2) It means you don’t have to be ID’d every time you go in. Now, on to my thoughts. If there’s one thing that I felt this place is known for… it would be their customer service. And– to contradict other reviews– it’s always been superb. There once was another liquor store I frequented… but these days I prefer to go here purely for the warm personalities and pleasant exchanges. I usually leave smiling. The prices are pretty standard for an Oklahoma liquor store and the selection does well enough with the space. Need to get your drink on? Head here. Don’t have a customer number? Pretty sure it isn’t a big deal at all. Just something fun that can save time if you like to knock them back regularly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Like someone on here has already said they want you to memorize a customer number and are very rude if you don’t know it. The young redhead(I’ll go out on a limb here and say she’s most likely related to ownership/management) has a terrible attitude towards customers and I’m honestly surprised how she even has a job. I no longer want to do business with the store but sadly it’s the only liquor store in route to my job so I’ll likely return out of sheer convenience. It’s not hard to sell people booze with a positive attitude. Just take my money, smile and let me be on my way. I DONTWANT A CUSTOMER #. I DOWANTYOUTOLOSETHEATTITUDE

Great wine and craft beer selection. However I’m not sure I get their whole customer number thing. Every time they ring you up they ask for this number which I believe qualifies you for special discounts. I have asked about getting a number twice and both times they rudely took down my info supposedly signing me up but I’ve yet to get a number. Because of this I’m left wondering if they even want my business or if it’s only for people in their special club. I guess I’m not cool enough for these guys. I’ll reluctantly continue to go here from time to time out of convenience to the location but will try to avoid if at all possible.
