I’ve only visited for Botox so that’s all I am going on. But it’s always been a great experience. Great injectors, I am in and out and the results have been amazing. Front desk staff is always friendly and calls to confirm my appointment, I had to reschedule twice this month because of crazy life and one time it was last minute and they were still so friendly even though I felt like an a-​hole! Nice place.

45 minute touch up lasts 5 hours: Though Melissa does good work, she is horrible to her most loyal customers. I have had tattoo liner for eyes and brows, but never went back for a touch up after my last experience: A close personal friend went to get hers touched up, but was left waiting for 5 hours so Melissa could take a last minute appointment. Her husband and 3 kids waited in the car the whole time as the procedure was only supposed to be a touch up and last less than 1 hour. She had previously been a very loyal and regular customer, but was offered less than an apology for the inconvenience. Melissa said she just couldn’t pass up the money for a new customer.
