I used to be a patient because one or two of the physicians were outstanding. Nevertheless the clerks at the front window are so bitter rude and unfriendly. On a rare good day they might be polite but very dry. If you need a little extra help or for them to go out of their way a bit, forget it, may not happen & God forbid they need to get out of their cubicle to help you. I had 2 more friends with the same opinion. We are all hispanics USA citizens so I don’t know if that has anything to do since other reviews are different. I hope not because they are listed as Spanish translator available. Also I had made a point of noticing how other patients are greeted while I wait and is the same story. My experience once I’m called inside is always good.

I will not come back to this facility at all. The receptionist was very polite and helpful but after that… it went downhill. The male nurse was very rude. When the doctor came in, he was just as rude. They act like you are wasting their time. I spent a total of 5 minutes with him for an upper respiratory infection. He told me there was nothing he could do. No tests, no nothing… My son was seen here and completely failed to do any tests on him either. the following day he went to another clinic and he had strep! They need to learn how to be more compassionate people.

Doctor Chasteen ((Hope I spelled that right…)) and his assistants have yet to fail me and my husband in the last 9 months. The doctor is charming and his assistants are quick and engaging. =] The front desk is nice and makes sure to have you taken care of. =] The waiting room is big, clean, open, and organized through out the day.
On top of that, they take TriCare. ((Military insurance))
I really appreciate them. ^_^

Don’t waste your time! My wife came in here and was diagnosed with the flu. She complained of ear pain to the doctor and he ignored it. They failed to check her ear and now we are going to a specialist because her ear ruptured…
