I am so happy they came to Broken Arrow, plus the duel lanes and fast drive thru are great. I love the Cobb salad. always clean doesn’t hurt either.

I think chick-​fil-​a has finally figured out the ratio of chick-​fil-​a restaurants to the population. In the past, all other chick-fil-a’s in the area had LONG waits. Ever since this new store was built, I’ve never had to worry about A. Waiting in a long line at the drive-​thru or B. Not finding an open seat inside. The food is always great, the staff is always more than willing to help and serve and the facility is always clean.

My husband recommended the SALAD, they have 3 types… I believe it’s the grilled chicken~green salad. has blueberries, few strawberries, blue cheese & apples. I tried it, was VERY good! I used the avocado salad dressing! Yummy!
I love their great customer service & they do express it! Inside during lunch, they have staff, ready to fetch you more soda…
Chick fil a staff really makes you feel special!

I have loved Chick-​fil-​a for years so the food is still awesome to me. If anyone has sat in line at the 71st and Garnett restaurant before this one was built, you know the line would wrap around the building. Not only does this new facility have dual ordering station in the drive thru, I spent a total of 4 minutes in their drive thru and they still apologized for ‘the wait’ and gave me a card for a free breakfast item. The girls at the window smiled, seemed sincere, and said thank you several times in my maybe 45 seconds at the window.
