Well my wife went back Sunday, after waiting for 20 minutes and driving 14 miles back home, I found regular instead of extra spicy, I give up.

We were there at 1pm. Ordered 3PC chicken tender w/gravy and a 4 pc chicken tender combo w/gravy. Guess what NOGRAVY and NO napkins. Left the store drove 1 ½ miles before we realized there was no gravy. The order taker needed to put her listening ears on. Gravy wasn’t on the order ticket. Poor service!

Ohhhhh where do I start. First when my husband walk in we see a lobby of angry looking customers so I know we are in for a treat. I politely ask the lady in front of me if she has ordered yet and she said no the cashier had to start cooking to clear out some of the customers then she will be back with us. 10 minutes later I believe the manager asked me and my husband if we have been helped yet. I just stood there and stared at her. Finally I said no and she began to take our order. They have 4 to 5 people that I counted working in the back so there should be no reason why there are so behind and disorganized. I proceed to get a cup of unsweet tea. First the machiene is out ice. I asked if they can make anymore tea. They said they will get to it when they can. Hm. Pretty sure I will find another location for church’s!

Apparently I’m the only one who cares how bad this place is, I tried to go again today and give them yet another shot. I checked my ticket it was correct. I checked the bag before I left everything looked correct. I though FINALLY they got my order right thank you Lord Jesus the day has finally came you have answered my prayers. Nay, I got home and they gave me regular chicken instead of spicy. I HATE you A-holes!!!
