I recently switched dentists and started going to Dr. Theobald. When I called to make my first appointment, the person answering the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great first impression and it translated over to my actual visit. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and given paperwork to fill out. Not even 2 minutes had passed after I returned the paperwork that I was called back. The dental hygienist came in right away and cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job. I also didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes for Dr. Theobald to come in and check my teeth, which is a huge change from my previous dentist where I have sat waiting for 10 – 15 minutes. He asked several questions to better understand what I might need. He also suggested that I get one of my wisdom teeth out and was helpful in getting that appointment set up with the oral surgeon. I am so glad I switched dentists!

Since the first time I ever visited Dr. Theobald’s office, I have gotten the absolute best service of any other dental practice in my life. The doctor and his staff are knowledgable and friendly, remembering details about you from day one. They ask after family, don’t fuss if you have to reschedule a time or two(or three or four…), and constantly check to make sure you’re comfortable. I appreciate having a say in my treatment, too. Some dental offices can feel like auto body shops run by crooked mechanics who talk you into making unnecessary repairs. Not Dr. Theobald. He makes his recommendations but ultimately leaves the decision to get work done in your hands. His chair side manner is great, and he’s got some great stories about his time in college. Do yourself a favor and switch dentists here ASAP.
