I could probably rate this a four, but I have only been here one time. I had the corned beef hash breakfast and it was fantastic. My wife had the french toast breakfast which was also great. Service was excellent, even as busy as the place was. I will definitely go back and try something new.

Well one of my first places eating here in Broken Arrow was breakfast at jakes café, my partner brought me here while touring me through Tulsa and the BA area. They have great customer service, always busy though but excellent food. The tables are filled with neat little facts and fun puzzle and all kinds of stuff. The café area is nice and cosy. The people are very nice and helpful. There are many great food items to get here on the menu, the omelets are amazing, very filling and the biscuits and gravy are just like my mommas cooking. I will definitely be coming back here, to enjoy my food and to try new things.

Another spot that had changed over time. In the 2000’s, this was somewhere I could rely upon for the best breakfast in Broken Arrow. Sadly, within the last five(or so) years, something dramatically changed. My standard fare has always been some kind of eggs, some kind of potatoes… and then whatever comes with that. The best among this was always… and still remains into 2015– the biscuit and gravy. Simply amazing. Great gravy alongside excellent flaky and wholesome biscuits makes for a happy me. Sadly, that’s all that really works. Eggs(regardless of how they are cooked) are inconsistent. They could be great, but most often they are average at best. The hashbrowns(and French fries) vary wildly between something amazing and… not. The bacon had never been a positive experience(coming from someone who is not a fan of bacon). I’ve actually never had any pancakes here that are anything but over cooked. In the end, I’m left with often positive service and sometimes okay food. The result is often in the middle. While I once found this place to be an amazing option for someone looking to dine in Broken Arrow, I’ve recently found an unfortunate decline in what I would have hoped for…

Food was good. Service seemed a bit pushy. Not a favorite

It’s okay not cheap but not too high. I’m still looking for that perfect Mom and Pops breakfast place near Broken Arrow.

Pancakes are really dense and taste like the just add water kind. Biscuits and gravy bad! Gravy not all the warm and no flavor the biscuits tasted doughy. Corn beef hash was out of a can and had a weird taste. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Bacon looked and tasted like the microwaveable kind. Service was good, we had Xina and she was great. Tables too close to the other and the chairs were old and worn very uncomfortable

I’ve been to Jake’s a couple of times and I gotta say it’s a pretty good place to go get breakfast. Their prices are really good and all of their meals come with a lot of food.
