I ordered one large pizza at 6:49 called 3 times and they kept saying it was on it’s way. it is now 8:48 amd it still isn’t here. I will never use their business again! When I called no one apologized the worst customer service ever!

7÷16÷15 1:30pm. Dirty and gross! Salad was brow and not much food on buffet to choose from. Old building, but no excuse for how nasty it was. Server never came back to table after our drinks. Store should be closed! Only one other customer inside at the time we were there. I wouldn’t even order a delivery from this place. Had to spend time in the bathroom at home all evening after my visit! Obviously not happen if I have to activity seek Unilocal out to give this review! Never Ever Again!

I ordered my pizza at 6:14 p.m. (this order was taken by a manager name «Bethany») called back at 7:14 after my wait was supposed to be 45 mins. The man who answered the phone said it will arrive any minute. I called again 7:38 p.m. they said «oh your order was cancelled.» We don’t cover your area you should have called another store. (1) Why couldn’t they have told me when I first call that it was the wrong store (2) Call me to let me know they made a mistake on taking my order (3) Call me to tell me they cancelled my order (4) Tell me when I called back instead of telling me that my order was going to arrive any minute? (5) Call the other store and transfer the order? They said nothing they can do about.

Pros: Lunch buffet is a good deal
Cons: I only come to pizza hut for the pizzones. However, they stopped making those several months ago.
