Lost our order. Meaning that they filled the order, but somehow lost which stall it was going to, so they… did nothing. After 20 minutes we called in to ask after the order. That’s when they told us about losing our location. But they assured us that now they knew where we were, the order would be right out. Sadly, that wasn’t true, either. Five minutes later I overheard one of the bellhops going from car to car asking if they’d ordered our meal. If I hadn’t called her over, who knows if we’d ever have gotten it. Very disappointing service.
