If the woman behind the counter would stop talking about her kid to every other employee, maybe the drive thru wouldn’t be wrapped around the corner and the counter wouldn’t be 20 deep!

I love me some Starbucks but this is one of the worst locations around town. The lines are always long and painstakingly slow. I’ve been several times and just had to leave because the wait time was ridiculous. I frequent several other locations in the Tulsa area and the lines there can get long but they move much faster. I’ve had several times where my drink order was incorrect at this location also. It seems that the staff just isn’t as friendly as compared to other locations too. Any time I’ve tried to go in there is never anywhere to sit. I think they need to build another location nearby to remove some of the strain from this one and maybe things will improve.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks, and this one is pretty solid. Lots of places to study and read. Plus, the staff are friendly, and like in South Park, ample parking day or night. It’s open later than most coffee shops in the area as well.

Typical starbucks. Coffee is good and the place is clean. The wifi works so im not really sure what else there is to say about a coffee shop considering these are the only reasons I go to them.

I love starbucks coffee. But today I decided to try the new fizzio
Drinks. My husband for the lemon and I for the spiced root beer. We didn’t like either one. To us, they have a medicine-​after taste. I don’t know what the taste is but we didn’t care for it
I will stick to coffee. I know I like that

This my regular saturday location for grabbing something hot or cold for breakfast. The service is usually top notch and most of the time the get my order correct. They can get pretty busy tho and then their food selection suffers.

This location is always pretty busy but its one of the only locations in BA with a drive thru. Great service like most star bucks and drinks are made fast. Awesome selection of coffee cups and coffee to buy

Website says they close at 11, so we stopped by. Arrived at 10:33 and were informed after walking in the open door, «We’re closed!» My husband mentioned the website and the girl working said, «Website is wrong. We’re closed!» We used to come to this Starbucks all the time, but haven’t been in awhile. Will think twice before coming back to this location.

I’ve had great service at this Starbucks and mediocre service.
Once, our barista went above and beyond when we ordered. He rang up our drinks and food separately so we could use two different BOGO codes, and he cranked out two delicious sandwiches and three drinks. Way to go, John!
The next time I came, a different barista lost one of our drinks in the queue, so we had to wait extra long. Our sandwiches were also kind of sloppily put together. Wah wahhhh.
