We had Sure Shot Exterminating come do a termite inspection on our rent home which we are in the process of buying. They recommended a $ 700 treatment on the home when we did not have any termites! We had 1 piece of rotted wood from MOISTURE which was completely removed. No evidence of termites what so ever. The bank would not allow us to close and stated we HAD to have the treatment done. I took my business elsewhere. Sure Shot has caused a lot of headache and unnecessary expenses. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you would like to waste your money!
