I wish I could give negative stars. WORST customer service in any industry that I have ever seen. Both on the local and national level. Phone calls not answered or returned. Appointments missed(admittedly some weather related). Lackadaisical attitude from almost every contact with the company! DONOTCHOOSETHISCOMPANY! I replaced them with a local company who was at my house in less than 2 hours from being called and has a professional and friendly staff

For several years, I had Terminix services out of the Tulsa(Broken Arrow) office. I got mediocre service on a good day, and those good days were preciously few and far between. I’d call with an issue, and despite a «24 hour solution guarantee», would often(always) be told that someone wouldn’t be able to help for days. Despite calling the Tulsa office number, I’d never get someone actually in Tulsa. I’d get call centers scattered across the country. I’d leave messages requesting calls back from Tulsa, and these calls would never come. Appointments were regularly missed. Requests for calls before service visits were unmet.(As I work outside the home, it is appreciated so that I can meet people at home, rather than waiting around the home indefinitely.) Finally, after a two page letter outlining my complaints and advising Terminix that I would no longer be using their services, they continued to schedule(and bill) for services. I’ve since relocated outside of Tulsa, but continue to get emails from Terminix trying to sell me on returning to their business. The level of communication, customer focus, and service from this office and from Terminix as a whole is appalling, and I will never use Terminix again in any capacity, in any location.
