The Denim Chateau

The shop itself it cute enough. Clothes are ok, nothing super unique. Too expensive for the quality, but sale rack in the back of the store is quite good. The biggest impression was from the ladies who work there. They were both on their laptops the entire time I was in there, never stopping to look up, much less say hello or ask If they could be of any assistance. There were no other customers in the store, except my mom and I, and I stood at the register a couple of minutes (RIGHT NEXT TO the table where they were glued to their laptops) before they acknowledged I was there. Didn’t speak a word but to tell me my total. A couple of weeks later, I was telling a friend of my experience, and she said the same thing happened to her when she visited The Denim Château. They have very poor customer service, and obviously have better things to do than pay attention to customers.
