Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The staff is rude and not helpful. As I was shopping I heard them talking bad about a customer who was selling or consigning clothes with them. Very unprofessional. I will not go back and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends.

The women at Uptown Resale & Consignments shop have no etiquette or manners. It is not polite to hold up things people bring in to sell and laugh loudly saying «I wouldn’t buy that», among other statements. Whether it’s junk or not, whether they are interested in reselling it or not, it is very rude. Snickering quietly would be one thing, but making a spectacle is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will definitely steer anyone I know or talk to away to other consignment shops with tact… for selling and purchasing.
