Not very friendly. New to the vape world, and they really tried to make me feel like an idiot. Also the guy that set up didn’t do it right and now I keep getting nasty oil in my mouth when I vape. 48 dollars wasted. I’ll never go back.

I bought a $ 35 battery(Vision Spinner 1300 mah) from here on 11÷21÷13. I had just bought a brand new tank(Kangertech ts3). The tank worked great on my old battery. When I put it on the new battery it leaked from the get go. I tried 3 other tanks to confirm the issue, all of which are now ruined. So I went back in tonight to get some advice or help with my problem, and the associate immediately tells me «we don’t give refunds.» I hadn’t even asked for a refund, so I told her that we needed to figure something out to rectify the issue, she calls the manager and he tells her to send him pics of the battery. 5 minutes later he asks her to try one of their tanks on it. So she does and then she tries to tell me its working. I take a drag and fluid leaks all in the battery. So she calls the manager back and he tells her to exchange it but only with a receipt. At this point I was furious, I had lost $ 50 worth of tanks to this thing and tons of fluid wasted and they can’t even make good? I asked to come speak to the manager face to face and was told«the manager only comes in when he wants to.» Just don’t buy from here ever, they have incompetent staff and don’t stand behind anything except the no refund signs.
