White Glove Auto

We looked White Glove up on their website to have our boat detailed. They had three different packages with price per foot stated. We called, selected our package. They told us what the price would be (same as website). We told Byron, who answered the phone and set the appointment, that’s it was dirty but had been covered and on a lift. We drive over to make our appointment and were told «It’s going to be a lot more than quoted.» The guy said he was not going to honor the price he gave over phone. Our boat was dirty but not excessively dirty. It was time for a detail. Dirt inside and a little lake scum on the bottom, as we keep our boat on a lift. No one was waiting for either a boat or car detail. Shop was dry and spotless. Probably had not had a customer yet. We would never return nor recommend anyone to use them as they do not honor their website prices nor the price set on the phone.
They are being given one star because no stars is not an option.
