This would top one of our worst fast food experiences. If we could rate them no stars we would. While on our way back home to Texas, we decided to stop at this sonic considering it being one of our favorite fast food chains. The problems started off with the order being read back wrong, which eventually was never corrected. When our food was brought out we were missing a meal and the additional meals came out with cold fries and tatter tots with expired ketchup packets. We soon let our car hop know we were missing a meal and the sides were cold. She informed us she would take care of it and we payed her. After 15 minutes passes we pressed the button to address the problem again and the crew inside was not informed of the mistake and had no clue what we were talking about. A few minutes pass and then another car hop comes over and says she will handle it. After a another additional 10 minutes pass the original car hop comes back over and says she undercharged us and we now owe her an additional $ 2.75, while claiming it should be free at this point we payed her, and remained to wait for the missing meal and fresh fries. After another 5 minutes pass, the meal is finally delivered, but missing French fries. At this point we have been there for 30 minutes and were feed up. We got the managers number and store location and carried on our way. This will be the last time we will ever visit a sonic.
