The worst experience ever. They told me they would salvage my info and then I called the guy (luis) twenty times and he never returned my call. The info they said they salvaged turned out to be nothing. It must be run by crooks because I couldn’t even get the guy to return my call and he had my computer. Eventually I picked it up at different location and guess what? Nothing saved, nothing works, and I am out money paid to them. All I can say is BEWARE.

As previously stated, this company is garbage. I requested to have my ipad screen replaced. I receieved a «Frankstein» ipad (chopped up parts) that no longer recognizes my touch at specific spots on the screen. I went back three times to get my ipad «fix» with no result. I wished I never did business with
. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else. It would have been better to suffer getting glass in the finger each time I swiped.

I never intended to do any sort of business with this company from the start. I had lent my laptop to a teenage relative and when I needed it back, I found out that he’d sold it for $ 20 to
at 21 Westchester Square. I went down there and saw my laptop on sale for $ 225 and then spoke to the manager, who acknowledged buying my computer. He refused to give it back. He said that the best he could do was that he would sell it to me for $ 125. Since I wasn’t prepared to press charges on the youngster who sold them my laptop, I held my nose and agreed to these terms. I put down $ 85 and made arrangements to pick up my computer the following week. When I returned to pick it up, all of a sudden, there was a big problem and now the manager, Carlos, was telling me that my computer was «damaged beyond repair» and they couldn’t sell it to me. I asked for my $ 85 back and the manager told me no, that I could apply my $ 85 towards a new computer instead. But there were none in stock. When would there be some laptops in stock? He recommended that I call back. I called weekly for about a year until I gave up. Do not do business with these people. They are dirtbags. They are thieves who happen to operate a store. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

garbage do not give them business they are not professional… they fixed my cracked screen i-​pad and sent back to me with other problems. straight up low lives avoid at all cost.
