I found ABA online, and after interviewing several other contractors, I knew I had found what I was looking for when I met Adis, the owner!
First, he was totally professional from his interactions through email, and presented himself when I met him in person as a humble gentleman. I explained to him everything that I wanted done, and gave me all the right answers!
Since this was my first laminate floor experience, he took the time to explain every detail to me about what to expect. He even met me at a local store to provide his opinion about laminate tiles I was interested in purchasing.
He began the installation on the date we agreed upon, and arrived promptly! You could sense that the job was going to be done right! And I was correct in my assumption. All through the time he worked in my apartment, he was the quintessential professional. At times we would chat and he would share some of his background experience with him as well.
How beautiful it was to see the floor taking shape! And Adis kept me abreast of everything that was going on — additional items that were needed, etc. It was indeed a pleasure working with him — his final work reflected the good heart that he has! Trustworthy, honesty, are but a few of his traits that are so hard to find these days!
I even referred him to a friend before he even finished the job at my house! And to this day, I love my laminate floor and I thank him routinely for the wonderful job he performed! He’s so full of knowledge about other construction related projects that will need to be done in my apartment as well — I’m planning my next project in my apartment with him right now! The floors look so beautiful that it’s now time to paint!
I’ll let no one else work in my residence but him!
