Actually, I was never given anything to sign upon discharge. Secondly, I’ve called the office multiple times to follow up on my approval for additional services. Still waiting to hear back from someone.

Hi Andrew, not sure who you are and I don’t really care. I called and spoke with the staff on 3 separate occasions and informed them I have HMO coverage and not PPO. I asked them if they take that version and I was told yes. My insurance also has advanced dental as in network, but informed me to check to see if they accept the HMO version. When I get there after waiting for almost 2 hours they called the insurance to verify if they were in network. I was then told that only the PPO version was taken. I specified up front all of my insurance information and was told no problem we accept that. I shouldn’t have to drive 1 hour and then wait 2 to then find out I won’t be covered. It is the job of your office to give the correct information and verify before I make the trip. I can’t verify as I don’t work there and the insurance company has you as part of the network. That was why I called and verified before I even set the appointment.
