Never come here. I came on a Saturday and the machine was broken, left my shoes over the weekend. I called Monday to see if they were ready and said «yes» but made me wait more than an 1 hour because he was working on them. Worst customer service.

the service at this place is great. and the work is phenomenal. got some leather shoes restored, they look brand new, probably better no bullshit.

I needed the heels on my winter boots repaired because they were so worn, water would seep through. I was shown the rubber heel that would be used to replace the current one. When I picked up my shoes the heels looked fantastic and blended well with the rest of the shoe. Note: When you do drop off your shoes to be repaired there is a deposit that must be paid (half of the cost for the repair (s).
