Unprofessional dispatchers… I used them a couple of times going to the airport and they were nice. Today I called them for a pick up and the dispatcher was extremely rude and hang up on me twice. M a paying customer, the least he can do is be polite or put me on hold. If I can give them 0 stars I would.
