Not very friendly, but I was there for food not friendship. I was in the mood for a slice of New York pizza, but the calzones caught my eye. I ended up with a sausage calzone, that I will remember as the best calzone I have ever had! Soft flavorful crust, loaded with pepperoni, sausage and peppers with a wonderful savory sauce. Great find!

I think this is one of the best tasting in pizzas in the in the Bronx New York it’s worth the drive and the price is great you need and get a bottle of soda with it and if you ask they will make it extra thin the menu is wonderful day have stuffed shells solids and so many other things you can ask when you will get it lasagna treat yourself to an Italian delight

I have been coming here for years! The stuff shells with garlic bread is my favorite!!! Owner has been here over 20 yrs (he still remembers me). He’s a good guy!
If u just looking for a good Italian home style pasta dish this is the place to get it for under $ 8.00!!! Takes 20 mins (cooked to order fresh)

The heroes are mad good. The store is comfortable. Everything is pretty cheap. One time I overpaid and they gave me the cash back. Best pizza place around.

One of the best tasting meatball parm heros in the area. Inexpensive menu has great tasting items. Pizza is delicious. Delivery is super efficient. This is a go to spot for my wife and I when we are staying in and want an inexpensive Italian meal delivered. I highly recommend this place.

Hand’s down, Anthony’s is seriously one of the best corner store pizza I ever had. It’s definitely not gourmet, but for the price and quality, it’s pretty darn good and whenever I visit my best friend up in the Bronx, I would try to make it a point to stop there before heading home!!!
Despite their shitty location and shady looking joint, I absolutely love their pizza ($ 2.50.) Not only are their pizza huge (18′ inch pie) but it also tastes super fresh, cheesy and always pipping hot!
If you love cheese, their calzones ($ 3.00) are pretty delicious as well. I usually get the meat and cheese which oozes with richness and flavor and I would share half of it with my best friend since he also can’t get enough of their pizza there as well!!!
Once again, their not gourmet pizza but for corner pizza, it’s pretty darn good!

What happened Anthony?!
I remember when we first came to this country and Grandma wasn’t allowed to answer the phone because she didn’t speak English. Soooo, Anthony, why doesn’t the Mexican guy answering the phone speak English? Chicken and meatball do not sound alike. so why were there meatballs in my dish instead of chicken when I arrived home?
You deliver — so WHY did I have to travel 15 minutes back to your store with your meatballs that the Mexican guy snatched, tossed then left me to wait without an apology or letting me know where the hell my chicken parm was. Then he hands me a bag while arguing with another patron about why she ordered 2 slices, and now claiming to have only ordered 1. I wasn’t there but I’m banking that she did order the one.
I should have ordered in Spanish or at least look like I could… seems that’s the only way to get a hassle free to-​go order out of this idiot.

I’ve been having their pizza since I was in 1st grade. And they just never change! Their slices are heaven, their sicilian’s OMG WOW! I love them & their beef patty’s with cheese supercalifragilisticexpialidocious lol. Try it. Only thing is that they’ve been around for so long, they need a some alterations on the place.

After testing almost every single pizza place in this neighborhood, I can honestly say that Anthony’s Pizza is the best in the world. This is taking a few factors into consideration:
1. Taste: it is amazing, the crust is perfect, the toppings are not EVER skimmed on and the sauce has just the right amount and consistency.
2. Price: it really can’t get better than this: you can get a full meal for about $ 3.50
3. Calzones: pumped with flavor and sausage, pepperoni, cheese and the marinara is also to die for.
All the kids come here after school and have always come here for tens of years and you know that THEY know where the best pizza is.
