They have good prices and good stock, but the only stupid thing is these guys, well most won’t give you a price over the phone. So they loose business this way.

Called for a quote on a part was told they should have it but to come to the store so they can search by vin number. Told him I had my vin number and could tell him over the phone but he wouldn’t take it and insisted that I come in. Bottom line is they wouldn’t quote me a price over the phone. After I hung up I ended up calling some friends who suggested I go to another place and I did and ended up happy.

I would give it a 0 stars if possible. Sold a 325 dollar AC control head and it doesn’t work and they won’t refund for the defective part. What kind of business does that?
