I came to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced after a friend recommended the place. My friend told me it would be $ 60. Upon entering the store, the salesman acted busy and distracted so he quickly told me «$ 79 because you have to repair the two pieces of the screen» he then quickly went to someone else. Not giving me enough time to ask what he was referring to as the two screens? And he saw my desperation as my phone screen was COMPLETELY cracked, he returned and Said «so you going to fix it?» I said fine since I was desperate and already here. He told me to be back in 1.5hrs. My phone was ready n repaired when I returned. FAST FORWARD to a week later when my screen wasn’t reading my fingers touch. I returned to him and he remembered me and said «oh your screen is lifting, you’ll have to bring it tomorrow.» After I showed him how useless my phone has become he said «ok give me 30min».
I gave this business TWO stars because they fixed it again without any difficulty but this place is run by SALESMEN and as I stood around for 30min looking at their inventory, everything appeared overpriced! And refurbished. If ur into haggling this is your place. BUT I wouldn’t recommend it.
