My fav thing here is the spicy wings. They use a homemade seasoning recipe. I took a pack home and threw them in the oven for my guests. Let them cook for about 45 mins and they are delicious !!! Most amazing wings ever, meat falls off the bone and no fat on them !

I drive all the way from Long Island to get my Sunday Sauce meat! I like watching the guys cut the meat with the sharp knives. Super high quality meats. Priced very well. Huge selection! Knowledgable Friendly Staff. I tip every time and now they give me a guy to carry my bags to the car. Does not get any better!

I gotta laugh at the one-star review below… This is the Bronx, grow a thicker skin, and yeah, you were wasting the guy’s time… instead of being a tighwad spend the dollar or two for an hour’s time on the meter. Typically I’m in and out of there in 15 minutes, on a holiday it may take 25. Biancardi’s is fantastic. Every single butcher behind that counter is an artiste par excellence with a wealth of knowledge regarding cuts, methods, uses, etc. They will cut, trim, tie, filet, etc. whatever it is you need and they always have a ready stock of various bones on hand if you make your own stock such as veal or beef for instance. I’ve never been disappointed and they stand behind their product.

The two men I dealt with were both rude. I will never shop there again. Firstly, after securing a parking space across the street from the store, I decided to call to see how busy they were so I could estimate how much money to put in the muni meter. Whoever the a hole who answered was, he asked me, «are you for real, you called me to ask me that?» and he then hung up the phone on me. While I was waiting for my turn in the store, I heard him telling another customer about what had transpired between us. I admitted to it because I couldn’t believe he could be so rude to a customer. I proceeded to spend $ 80. First and last time!!!

They grind meat to order if that’s your thing. My grandfather was a butcher and my mom would only buy ground to order meat, so that’s my cue. They make cevapi and their own pancetta. The steaks are not restaurant quality prime, but they are quite good and fairly priced. The butchers are solid craftsmen and although there’s usually a good crowd, there are enough of them and they have some room to work.

Amazing cuts of meat that will turn any vegetarian into a meat-eating carnivore! I love everything here, and who would have thought, they make great dried sausage as well.

Ooooh — it doesn’t get better than Biancardi! Try cooking with their meats just once and you’ll swear off the junk sold in the supermarkets for good. A bolognese sauce made with their ground meats will ruin you from the crap served is most restaurants forever — pure silky carnivore heaven. Be warned — you’ll try cooking with that mass-market grocery store junk once more after Biancardi and then remember that I was right. Aren’t you glad?!
