I like them abd the doctors but the only bad thing is that they refuse to give you, your prescription. They make up excuses, that the doctor isn’t there, that they ran out of prescription paper, that this and that. BS.

Don’t waste your money!!! I went in there and spent about $ 500 with my lenses and frame the frames broke in less than seven months and I went to get it fixed meanwhile I have been wearing glasses since I was eight years old always had nice frames and never had I ever had a broken frame and they are giving me still a hard time they said that they would work with me and they aren’t there very rude and slow and talk badly about costumers in Spanish I know because I have over heard them save your money ! Don’t waste the time or frustration it isn’t worth it!

Very, very slow service here. It doesn’t matter what you’re there for, pick up or just to have your glasses tightened they still make you wait for what seems like hours. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same. Terrible customer urgency and service.

This optical is has the slowest and sometimes rude service I’ve ever witnessed. The staff is very incompetent and ghetto. The wait is another huge issue. Long long waits and horrible no AC. I wouldn’t come back or recommend my worst enemy here. Keep your money and go somewhere else where you’d receive the proper attention required.
