Circle Family Dental

This place is a JOKE. I’ve been waiting to be seen for 3 hours now, and the ONE time I asked how much longer (after waiting 2 hours,) the receptionist ignored me and someone in scrubs tells me to be patient and that I won’t be here all day. RUDE horrendous customer service, I will be filing a formal complaint with my insurance company about this facility.
PS it is not ok to forbid your patients from eating or drinking when most people in the waiting area have been here for at least 2 hours.

I called to find out some information as I am searching for a new dentist. (Inusrance changes) The receptionist didn’t seem interested to help instead she seemed more interested in correcting me and letting me know I need to find a primary. I did as told and my insurance named their office. I live near by, so of couse why wouldn’t I want a dentist office walking distance to home… next available appointment March… ummm no and to be honest the first person I spoke to snob.
I called Dr. Krama’s Dentist office… soo sweet booked me for early February appoinment and the woman who spoke to me first was pleasant and actually heard me out realzing that I didn’t need an orthodontist to complete my process as my last primary dentist did most of the work… how simple it is to hear out a potential patient who will actually pay their dental bil…

Do not go to this dentist!!! The worst service and they made me pay out of pocket money. I have insurance, and they made me pay every time I went in for an appointment. I finally received my benefit explanation from my insurance which stated that they were covering 90% of my bill. I called to let the dentist know and he made all types of excuses to not give me my money back! Do not see Dr. Rosenstock! I will never go to this dentist office again and I have advise my family and friends to not go here anymore.
