Yes the wait time is ridiculous! All they do it is eat and talk on the phone ! Bad service

Wait time is ridiculously long. Each time i go, i wait over 2 hours. Sometimes almost 3. She has clients waiting for her and she takes her lunch breaks along with other coworkers while people are still waiting to get their nails done. The nails don’t even come out that good. I’m sure there are other nail salons that are better than this. The owner, Claudia (i assume) needs to hire more people. Stay away from this place unless you don’t have anything else to do and you’re okay spending your whole day just sitting there.

don’t get me wrong I really do like when they do my nails but seriously, the wait time is ridiculous sometimes. it’s either you need to hire more employees or just speed up your nail process. I don’t think it should take over an hour and change just to get a manicure.
