We have been renting a storage unit for the last 15 months at $ 245 per month. We just received notice that our monthly rate is going to increase $ 40 per month to $ 285. I called customer service and was told the DM would get back to me within 48 hours and he did not. He had the manager of the location call me just now and said «because we have so few units available, we are pushing the rate to street value and there was nothing that he cold do». I informed him that there was something we could do, he could have 3 guess’s and the first 2 did not count. He got it on the first guess.

tahana was great helping me out, he came out in his day off since he promise me help with renting more then one unit and he stood by his word.
the facility is clean and modern and i feel like my belonging are in great hands, i had to move hugh amount of stuff in to 2 units, each is 10×20 and it was very important from me to have 24 hours access, they managed to get me 2 units outside on the yard and gave 24 hours code to the place.
also first month was free which was a wonderful deal!
i am happy and will recommend.

The storage unit was the size described and Thana was very helpful in setting me up. There is a problem with «wildlife» though. Mice chewed up chunks of my couch while it was in the storage unit and when I contacted customer service, they refused to do anything. So I would recommend them only if you have nothing valuable to store.
