I’ve been going to Lisa for some years now and for years she has been a complete disappointment to me. She’s an amazing nail tech and clean. I have yet to find someone as talented as she is, but when it comes to time management SHE’S THE WORST!!! As much as it hurts my nails to have to stop coming to her, I had to make a decision. I have wasted way to much time that I will never be able to get back. I have spent 6 hours or more in the shop with her before my nails had gotten done. I don’t think at one time in going to Lisa where she was on time!!! I truly feel she needs to attend time management classes to help her. There were instances where I would show up on time and she would not be at the shop. When you call her she wouldn’t answer and then she will stroll herself in 1 – 2 hours later or call you an hour later letting you know some bullshit story that she won’t be able to make it. She never has the decency to call you and inform you that she needs to cancel or would be late. Never walk into your appointment and see people waiting for her and think your next… your literally after all of them. It just goes to show that my time isn’t important to her. I always ask myself why does she schedule appointments if she’s NEVER ON TIME. She’s never at one place for long, she’s always bouncing from shop to shop. Find another talented nail technician or you will be just like myself on Unilocal writing a review because you had to wait to long.
