The girls here are sooooo dumb and so. Even with no line they still give you a simple coffee with a 10 min wait. They disregard your order and serve 2 – 3 people that were behind you and make up for it by offering a free donut. I NEEDMY F*CKINGCOFFEEBEFOREIMLATETOWORK! They need a new efficient staff to get this place going via morning rush hour.

I frequent this place a lot because it’s close to my job. It has solid noms and pretty decent coffee that always gets me by when I’m feeling that midweek drag. That being said I actually love this place because of its employees. What do I mean by that? The employees at this location are probably the hardest working people I’ve encountered in a long time. They deal w/a lot of BS from customers and never have I seen any of them lose their tempers or get snappy. So if you’re ever around, stop in and tip em cause these gals really work their asses off.

Ran in quickly while running errands. Only one other person ahead of me so I thought it was going to be a simple run in and out. It was not. I was not impressed with my service. I had to repeat each part of my order at least twice to the cashier. My order was still wrong. My coffee had cream instead of milk and my no egg breakfast sandwich had egg. I’m going to chalk it up to them feeling overwhelmed once a huge crowd of firemen came in after me. I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon. Or if I do it’ll be for emergency runs to the trains and I’m in need of coffee kind of visit. My two stars are based off of cleanliness and the fact that I got the right change. Perhaps that’s a little mean of me but I really wanted some good coffee today and am disappointed. My boyfriend and I are continuing our errands but will be stopping again for some to eat and drink.

Staff is super friendly and always joking around with the customers. They remember my order — such a small gesture but definitely keeps me coming back. The coffee, donuts, and food are fine, but I don’t know, I don’t see a ton of variation between the different locations. Have you ever really had a bad donut from Dunkin Donuts?

The service here is always terrible! There is one guy, who I believe is the manager, that works pretty fast but I don’t see him much. I love the vanilla chai tea and that is why I go(they haven’t come out with the mix that you can buy as yet). Today I went in to a vanilla chai. There was a bunch of people waiting for their food. I stood on line for a bit while the workers chatted in the back. Finally, someone came and asked if I had ordered yet. As I was about to leave, there was a lady standing in line and had not been acknowledged. There was one worker just on her phone in the back. Let’s say she was on break. If she was, is there not a break room? Maybe they need a change of management here!

0 stars!!! Do not waste your time here. Whoever owns this franchise, hired their family to work here and they have the worst customer service and work ethic. Also, they’re always out of something.

Honestly to me I don’t see the food to be any better then any other DD. Same unless they leave it in a little longer and burn it. When I began visiting here in the mornings, yeah it is expected for it to be slow because of the heavy traffic, but it just seemed they were just taking their time. I kind of spoke up one day(I was a regular so I kind of felt I had the right) and now when I come in and they see me, their a bit quicker. Im not mean but service should be a lot faster if you see a line almost out the door. They don’t say much or smile much, but that is not of great importance. I want quick service and be able to walk out with a good cup and off to work!

If you are a Dunkin’ Donuts manager or corporate liason, please read this. This Dunkin Donuts should be closed down due to the sexual harassment by a staff person I had to endure while trying to get a cup of coffee. Disgusting.

The donuts are okay, same as other DD’s. With the exception of one staff member, the staff are slow, rude, and/or wouldn’t wash their hands after cleaning. I’m willing to put up with attitude given the limited options in this hood, but the hygiene issue deters me from going back.

I ask for a Medium and got a small. Maybe I should have asked for a large then I would have gotten a medium.

I gave it 3 stars not because it’s great on the normal standards, but considering its location, it couldn’t really be better. The Bronx doesn’t have many Starbucks so coffee from this DD on burnside does get the job done. I stop in sometimes and although it’s located in the pits, it could be worse. It serves its purpose to get a quick donut and out u go.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts near my work, and while I’m grateful for it, I’ve definitely had better. It’s supposed to open around 7 so by the time I get there, imagine my dismay when I find the gates still closed and it’s after 7am. They often don’t have flatbread sandwiches though displayed on the menu, so I gave up on ordering them. They are usually understaffed in the mornings so expect a wait if you see a line forming.

Okay this is the local Dunkin Doughnuts I go to, on the way to work. I am not a Dunkin Doughnut coffee fan, but I usually pick up a bagel and cream cheese. This place is so-so. A lot of time, because there is no delivery, the selection for bagels is mediocre. but I guess what you pay is what you get. Oh this place is packed when in the morning, with the rush for coffee… so expect some wait.
