The staff is awesome at this location. They are super nice. This is my local Dunkin Donut. But the people in the area aren’t. I love how they treat me, always ask me how is it going and they take my orders always above and beyond. I mean they put ketchup packets, napkins, sugar, I mean anything that you need to put to your order they add. I will never stop coming her as long as it remains open.

The dirtiest dunkin donuts i have ever been to… the blenders they use to make the milkshakes were dirty and there were flies all around and on the donuts and one lady worker just brushed the flies away instead of throwing the donuts out… to top it off she had the nerve to be extremely rude. I will be reporting this location.

The culmination of my birthday 2013 ended with Baskin’ Robbin/Dunkin’ Donuts ice cream sandwiches at Webster Avenue/East 167th Street in the Bronx. Workers are mostly Indian who are cordial to serve us. Though it was no ice cream cake at 10:30pm on a Thursday night, the small thought formulated from my baby boy made the night commemorative. Albeit all ice cream was locked in a refrigerator, the staff was able to attain a fresh set of ice cream sandwiches from their stock room. Small thoughts and simple gestures goes a long way in life. Age is just a number but ice cream makes all things sweet to whisk away one’s troubles.

Morning time service is sub par. There is only two people working there. One cashier and one sandwich maker. It can be overwhelming. The only saving grace is that the buses are normally overcrowded. A Light and Sweet Coffee is two sugars here.
